The Compassion workbook (Book Two in the Become Your Best Self series) offers insight-provoking exercises and journal opportunities that expose the assumptions many of us make about individuals or groups that are "outside" our immediate familial and social circles. Young people working through these exercises examine biases and stereotypes, unquestioned beliefs and bullying while re-thinking more sensitive, aware and compassionate ways of being in the world.
